Refund policy

Hey, there, good news! We do accept returns and also do exchanges. If you want to return or exchange a product, you will have to initiate it within 7 days of receiving the product.

The return policy is applicable only on all full price items, sale products can only be exchanged for another size / style, subject to availability. Size / style exchanges are free of cost once, post that it will be charged at Rs. 200.  

Refunds / Credit notes will be provided on both Prepaid orders and COD orders as per your choice. We will arrange a return pickup for your order after your return approval. The return order is normally picked up within 2-3 days. Please note the return pickup will be charged at a flat rate of Rs. 150. You can avoid this if you ship the outfit to us at our warehouse address. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, our Quality Assurance team will check the product which once passed the necessary refunds or exchanges will be processed.

If your return is approved, you have an option to courier it to us to speed up the process or we will have it picked from the place of delivery at an additional cost of Rs. 150. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please remember returns, refunds and exchanges can take a few days so we appreciate your patience.
